Whether you want to cool off or swim a few laps, relax on a lounge chair, enjoy the terrace bar, or take in the breathtaking ocean view, the swimming pool area at our campground on the Crozon Peninsula is a must-visit spot for relaxation during your vacation in Brittany.
The swimming pool is open from May 1, 2026, through September 27, 2026 (subject to technical and weather conditions). The swimming pool is unsupervised.
Heated indoor swimming pool in Finistère
Open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., our indoor swimming pool maintains a water temperature of at least 28°C thanks to two heat pumps combined with solar panels. When the weather is nice, the canopy opens on one side so you can fully enjoy the Breton sunshine, all while taking in the breathtaking view of Camaret Bay.
In Brittany, the weather can be unpredictable—and that’s part of its charm. But at Le Grand Large Campground, no matter what the weather brings, your swimming area remains comfortable, heated, and pleasant from May 1 through the end of September. A high-quality indoor pool, water at a constant temperature, and an unobstructed view of the bay—it’s hard to find a better way to end a day of hiking or simply unwind between excursions.

For toddlers, our indoor swimming pool offers a safe and accessible environment, where parents can keep an eye on them from the nearby lounge chairs.
Swimming as a family is one of the greatest pleasures of a camping vacation.
In a covered area sheltered from the Breton wind, children can safely enjoy the water while their parents take in the view of the bay from the lounge chairs. A relaxing time together, safe from unexpected weather.

Whether you’ve swum a few laps or just want to savor the moment, the lounge chairs lined up along the pool’s edge are the perfect spot to relax. The Breton sun, when it deigns to make an appearance, warms the covered area and turns the swimming pool into a true wellness retreat. And when it hides behind the clouds, the cozy atmosphere takes over: warm water, a view of the sea, silence… Everything you need to unwind, Breton-style.
